COUNSELLING FOR
COUPLES + INDIVIDUALS
For couples

I provide supportive, collaborative couples therapy for partners who want to feel more connected, understood, and resilient in their relationship. Whether you're navigating ongoing conflict, recovering from a breakup, or simply looking to strengthen your bond, I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where both partners can feel heard and supported.
I'm trained in the Gottman Method, a research-based approach to couples therapy that offers practical tools for improving communication, managing conflict, and building trust. Together, we'll explore patterns in your relationship, uncover what’s getting in the way of closeness, and work toward a deeper, more fulfilling connection. My goal is to help you not only repair and grow, but thrive—both as individuals and as a couple.
For individuals
I work with individuals who are seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and their emotional world. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, I offer a compassionate space where you can explore your inner life at your own pace.

My approach is trauma-informed and psychodynamic, which means I pay close attention to the ways past experiences—especially early relationships and unresolved wounds—may be shaping how you feel, think, and relate in the present. Together, we'll uncover patterns that no longer serve you, build emotional awareness, and strengthen your sense of self. Healing happens through a safe, trusting relationship, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you move toward greater clarity, freedom, and self-compassion.
